De Milieulijst omvat de bedrijfsmiddelen, die bij investering in 2025 in aanmerking komen voor de Vamil (willekeurige afschrijving milieu-investeringen) en de MIA (investeringsaftrek milieu-investeringen 2009). De Rijkdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) voert de regeling uit.
